Return & Exchange Policy

Somos NY aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund, exchange, or store credit in accordance to the conditions stated below.

Item(s) purchased at full price from somos-ny.com are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit if returned within 14 days of purchase. Item(s) returned within 30 days of purchase are only eligible for store credit.

Item(s) purchased on sale or with a discount code are only eligible for store credit of equal value to discounted price.

Shipping and handling cost is not refundable. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are available for item(s) of equal value. Items must be returned back to us in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if returning/exchanging due to factory defect), and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition. Somos NY reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the item(s) returned fail to meet these conditions, or for any other exploitation of this return policy.
